Default LOST BAGGAGEFile: Ref ORYVY29378

My husband and me are on a Europe trip and while coming from Rome to Paris on 30th May in VY6255, both our luggage (1 bag each) turned out to be missing. We have been in Paris for two days now without any luggage, have tried calling the customer care every hour but have received a reply only one and that two with no updates. We leave for Amsterdam tomorrow and have no idea if our luggage will come back to us or not. We leave for Prague on Friday and then back to India on Sunday (6th June). How on earth are we supposed to go around with NO LUGGAGE. Any information would be appreciated at this moment.
