Default Tripp to Puerto Rico

With Puerto Rico in deep trouble I wanted to cancel my reservation to the island early November.

Customer service says they cannot refund unless the flight is cancelled. The supervisor says they just follow policy.

Is there nobody willing to act responsible. Everyone hiding behind technicalities.
