Check in problems

Please be aware that it impossible to check in on line from some counties. I could not check in form Nepal. Wasted 3 hours tring to check in online to be told after the system does not work us Canadians. I tried to call the Canada office but it was was closed for the weekend. So I was stuck with very uncomfortable seats for a 14 hour flight.
