While flying on AC158-Edmonton to Toronto-seat-05A on July 12th, 2008, I was served a glass of orange juice. After drinking most of the juice I discovered something floating at the bottom of my glass. When my husband brought it to the attendants they discovered it was the top of their ball point pen, which they use (your Airline Stewardesses) to open the orange juice.
It was only by luck that I didn't swallow this object. It would have been a major emergency incident and death could have resulted from this redicilous act. This was uncalled for. This procedure has to stop immediately. It is a safety hazard and also is not very sanitary.
Can you imagine if this happened to someone belonged to you???? flying your airlines????
