Default AA has had me on hold for over four hours today

After screwing up my reservation and emailing me the wrong information, which also took hours of holding. It's disgusting treatment of its customers, American Airlines owes me a day of my life back, and the matter is still not resolved. I will never give my business to this terrible company again.

Angry Over 7 hours on hold too

I went from New Delhi, to the Phillipines and back to New Delhi without leaving my couch! UA has over 2k of my airline tickets held hostage!
