Row 68 on Airbus 380

I have recently commenced court proceedings against BA for mis-selling a seat in row 68 of the large Airbus 380 as World Traveller Plus. I was on a flight back from LAX to London Heathrow. Row 68 is beside the toilets so the promised additional privacy and comfort for this more expensive ticket cannot arise. I would be interested to learn if anyone else has had a similar issue.
