Still waiting for Free tickets due to bumped flight
I have tried repeatedly to get free tickets promised to me and my family on December 23 out of San Francisco Intl. Airport to Hawaii. These tickets were promised for me, my husband Peter, and our children Charmaine Murphy, Kevin Murphy, Brendan Murphy and Oliver Murphy. We waited in the airport 12 hours before we could get out. Our tickets were purchased for full price and our seat assignments were made. We were at the airport 2-1/2 hrs. before our flight. If I do not hear from you withing two weeks, I will engage an attorney. Dolores Cerenzo
