COMPLAINT: Jet Blue Online Site and Customer Service is Pathetic

I tried to book flight from JFK to San Deigo and clicked on purchase ticket and then the screen showed error in the purchase. I thought to book another ticket and found that the money already got deducted. I called the customer service and found that the ticket was already booked but they have not send any confirmation. After checking, she sent me the confirmation but then the tickets did not show the seats that I selected and then the customer service executive booked the seats without asking me. The service is very bad. I am not happy at all.
