COMPLAINT: they didn't honor the reservation and changed price

To whom it may concern:

I don't know your position in American Air line. but I have problem with the way they taking advantage of customer and using them.This is what I wrote to them and I want you to know too about what is going on.

( I have a very bad test about your way of doing business and this is 2ND time that I'm experiencing bad things with your customer service.
This time it really got me aggravated and now I am thinking you aim and hope to take advantage of your return and good customer.Well ,this time I have to take the reservation I made and take the abuse but hopefully it would be the last time I use your air line if I can help it.and I promise that To tell every one who I come cross about your trick and abuse to the customer.

I reserved a ticket with locator's(BHCUSU) and printed the "hold reservation summery" so I can remember and purchase the ticket on time before it cancel and I did try to buy it today which is hours before cancellation, but to my surprised you changed the price on me and made me pay more for same ticket.
When I call to ask for help a very rude customer agent telling me that I only had 24 hours hold for Fare and 3 days on Reservation which I still don't know what is the different .It may make sense to you ,not for your customer.She keep telling me there is 2 different place that tell me before hold that is price can change ,which I didn't see. when I print the itinerary, it didn't mention any where about 24hours rule or on your confirmation.only one time in Small print before clicking to hold which is hard to see for customer , only 3 bottom in color and large for purchase and hold or cancel.
For God sake what is this.You don't honor your own reservation and pricing.
Not Acceptable to push and pressure the customer to buy over one month before the flight for higher price that you offered and was reserved 2 days before.
I Will call TV Chanel 3 ,10 and 13 and who ever that listen on Internet or anywhere else.This was not fair to me.)

American Airlines guarantees the fare for 24 hours or until midnight the next day, your time zone. The reservation can be held longer, especially for an international flight that is well in the future. So you were guaranteed of purchasing a ticket on the flight for 3 days but the fare was only guaranteed for 24 hours. If other people didn't purchase the lower priced tickets the fare rules were only good for 21 days prior to the flight and you purchased on the 20th day then the price would go up. The fare rules are available on the website if you look. Sorry for your misunderstanding and troubles.
