Angry Turkish Airlines

I made a complaint to Turkish Airlines regarding incorrect information given by their call centre which resulted in a missed flight,a missed funeral plus extra costs.Although they admitted by phone that the call centre gave out the incorrect details they(Customer Relations Department)haven't even acknowledged my emails(numerous)let alone replied to same.
They might as well close this department because it is definetly not Customer Relations !!!
I would not recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone.They disgrace the name of Turkey.
