Angry Singapore Airlines - MI342

I travelled by SIA on 11 April - London to Singapore. I wanted to try out the so-called best airline. I highlight the following.
1. At the self check-in there was no assistance as passengers fumbled with the check in machine which led to Q's.
The toilets were not cleaned for the duration of the flight. Within a couple of hours into the flight there was blood on the seat in one toilet. This was there at the end of the flight.
Food was unacceptable for a top airline, not heated fully. Bread was dry.
The seats were too close with very little space despite the aircraft being 380
I am a traveller who has used over a dozen different airlines. SIA will no linger be first choice in future.
Given the wrong carousal at the destination
I just cannot understand how SIA is no 2
bad food, dirty toilets, sia
