Worse Company ever American Airlines
I had booked a flight from Calgary to Guarulhos leaving on Dec 21,2016 connection in Dallas in a 15 hours flight. I got a flight canceled and re booked to a over 30 hours flight 3 connection. Within this 3 flights all of it got delayed and no assistance was provided in terms of food or even correct information. Got in Guarulhos. On the flights back (Guarulhos-Dallas 14 jan - AA(962) , we stayed inside the plane waiting for the plane to get fixed with he most rude crew I ever see in my life. Screaming at the passenger and not even offering water while we wait to whatever gets fix. After 2 h delayed we departure from Guarulhos, flight delayed issues in the connection flights again. Got in Calgary and not surprised my brand new luggage was completed damaged as Ive never see before. When to AA to register a complaint, I had to sent my luggage to get fix with a promised of get it delivered to my place after the service. Toke 3 weeks to AA get back to me with a message that I had to go get the luggage because the person responsible was on vacation and they couldnt deliver my luggage. Talked to someone and after 1 week negotiating I got the luggage delivered to my place. The service done was as bad as AA service and AA wont accept the luggage back for a new fix. I am very disappointed by AA service in general from the beginning to the end. From my check in in YYC to my luggage delivered and horribly fixed. This was my last trip with AA and my feed back will always be negative towards the company.
