Poor service on Emirates
To whom it may concern,
It comes with great regret that I have to write about an unpleasant experience that I had recently travelling with Emirates. After planning and saving up for over a year to travel to South Africa, I booked myself a return ticket - flying from London in to Cape Town and out of Johannesburg returning to London. On flight EK0016, flying out of London Gatwick on the 12th of March, I did not have any inflight entertainment. The controller in the back of seat in front of me would not come out of the holster and the touch screen was not responding when I was pressing it. So, I had around 8 hours without any entertainment.
On my connection flight, flight EK0766, to Cape Town, and on my return connection flight from Dubai to Heathrow (flight EK0029), I was not impressed with the breakfasts served. The bread was stale and the food tasteless. I have flown with Emirates before and with many other airlines too. I wouldn't want to have to fly another airline or give bad reviews because of this issue. I hope to hear from you soon.
