Angry delayed luggage and 2 months silence

Hi All!
SHAME ON TURKISH AIRLINES! For their AWFUL, DELIBERATELY NOT-GIVING-A-SH*T SERVICE LEVEL!!!
From 07. may 2023 you are NOT coming in contact with me regarding compensation for luggage problems from 04. april 2023! On their page where I am logging in with my data, there has been no changes:

"Your file was forwarded to the compensation unit.
Your relevant information and documentation have been completed in our system, and your file has been forwarded to our compensation department. The result of the evaluation made is to be notified to you. In order to send additional information, you can send us a message or upload a document."

This text has been there for 2 months!!!
Their so-called "COMPENSATION DEPARTMENT/UNIT" is not existing.
We were flying from Hamburg to Istanbul the 04th of April 2023, they lost our bags. We were flying further to Grozny and then to Vladikavka, and Turkish Airlines never sent the bags to us. We were staying without everyting and had to buy all from new.
They sent the bags to my Danish address, which is less than helpful at a 2500 miles (4000 km) distance.
I filled in the forms in the airport of Istanbul, presented to them electronially after returning to Denmark all the list of all the things, I was very tolerant to their slow motions, but now it has two months, that they are NOT moving further, NOT contacting me, NOT doing anything to regulate the situation.
The worst of the worst of the worst expereinces.
On their Facebook profile they are only stating that they will write to me, but they do not do it.
I think that they are losing much more than just the compensation, because I am going to the Danish police in the new week, as what they are doing is fraud and non-delivery og prepaid services.
I literally don't know a worse airlines.
