Ryanair robbery
We Have just been robbed by Ryanair.....Just arrived home from my holiday and Ryanair flight-FR1585 Fuerteventura to Leeds & Bradford, feeling extreme anger, disappointed and disgusted, we booked our holiday on line and was directed towards manage your booking straightaway, booking our boarding passes off straight away. Then off on our holiday, great time until we start our return journey home. At check in produced our booking form and passports to be asked for our boarding passes, we don’t have them, we weren’t given them? bottom line we are directed to another desk and informed we have to pay sixty Euros per passenger for a boarding pass, four passengers and 240 Euros for a piece of paper! The staff were rude, un-helpful and heartless, my husband was furious, i was shaking with fear and the children crying, did they give a dam, no! the attitude is you have to find the money of you don't fly home. Totally disgusted at the robbing b.....ds, scumbags. i will never fly with them again. what if this happens to some elderly person who cannot print it off? What if they don’t have the funds to pay? LOW COST FLIGHTS, NO Robbing scumbags. Some one must put a stop to this unacceptable behaviour....
So Ryanair i would like an explanation, how you warrant 60 Euros x 4 = 240 Euros for four paper boarding passes?
