Extortionate Change Fees

I wanted to change our flights to move them up one day earlier. The posted tickets were $4 more than the flights we had booked. Delta wanted to charge >$300 per person for the flight change. When I asked why so much...."...due to administrative fees...."

I consider it extortion!!!

Something to consider more to when choosing an airlines.
