Default Do not book online

I get to the airport for my xmas vacation,they say your flight is for the next day.I ask to go on stanby,they say$300.00.Do not be fooled(southwest is a bunch of weasels).Brian,They did everything in they,re power to screw me.

You sure your ticket was for today? And not tomorrow? Check your reservation and paperwork........you may have accidentally selected the wrong date as it's kind of hard for a airline to say that your reservation is tomorrow with no proof

Default Thats my point.

Personally I thought that I was going to be in St.Louis the 9th..Then when they have me looking through my massive amount of emails(at the counter) I am trying to show them what they sent me.It was so ridiculous I said do you not have a flight tonight at the same time?Well yes keep looking or give us $300.00 .I can tell you right now thats extortion.Alls they had to do was put me on standby(NO WAY).I would be home with my family whom I love.Southwest did everything in the,re power to push me.I am at Mccarran airport now(have been all night) just because they do not care.I could understand if I was playing games.They ruined my xmas(I have tickets to a concert) that will be worthless.Do not trust these people,they do not care about you (or thereselves).I have been flying them for years and they treated me like(do you really think we care).I am in shock.Thanks Southwest,and merry xmas.

Default And as far as calling for help

They waisted my time on the phone(instead of talking it out they passed the buck).No customer service whatsoever.It was like I was talking to people who just wanted to go home,they hat they,re jobs.I would to if I had to be a jerk to my fellow man.The beauty is I do not have to work for or fly they,re airline ever again.I will pay extra anytime to avoid Southwest great service.By the way I am at Mccarran still.Get it yet?

You have been given a email reciept, which states the date and time of your departure, if you are sure you are right and have the proof, you should have no problems in winning in court.
