Baggage lost
I have not received any email from Delta after April 12th. Its been a month I lost my bag. I came to US for a business trip all my important documents and important stuff including my prescribed medicine with prescription, camera, my expensive dresses, watch, footwear was there in that luggage. And also it was a new bag (American Tourist). It is my first trip to US and everything is new to me. I am really wondering how the things are going here and for this loss to whom I can contact and from where I can get satisfactory answers regarding my luggage.
I came with Air India from India to New York on 3 April2016, at JFK Airport after custom and port of entry I again checked in my bag to connecting flight with Delta 4223 from New York to Philadelphia. First the flight got delayed from 1 pm to 3 pm and then it got canceled. When I went to collect my bag on the same airport after 4-5 hrs, I was unable to find my bag. Since then I am daily following up with your customer care 18003258224 but nobody has no details.
All my business trip got waste because of mental pressure, important documents and regular stuff that was missing with bag. All important documents and everything was there in my bag.

I have a return flight on 30th April 2016 with delta followed by Air India, I am very much scared of taking flight with Delta again.
