I saved...planned...and scheduled a cruise, and airfare. I paid in full...arrived at LIT airport at 415am, flight was to leave at 6am. At aporx 555am, they announced a delay....at apprx 630, called us to stand in line over an hour just to announce that the flight was cancelled. After not 1 BUT 3 scheduled flights, I didnt get to Maryland, so I missed my cruise, which cost me $2,024.16....I did all that I was to do, so why is it that I lost?????? Because American Airline failed to provide services.
And they even kept my $50.00 baggage fees, why...I didnt fly anywhere!!!
ALL I want is for American Airlines to be fair...I lost because of YOU!! BUT its the customers that keeps you in business....BUT yet you all are unforgiving, have a heart. What if it was you??
