If I had to pick which airline was the worst I would say it is American Airlines yesterday I had a flight booked for 2:55 PM and the plane did not arrive untill 5:30 pm I was sitting there for hours just waiting I went to the front desk to ask what happened to my flight and they said we dont know what happened to it. I asked around and no one seemed to know what happened to my flight. The thing that just got to me was that no one had any courtesy to say sorry your flight is delayed or anything it was just the worst experience and to top that off I boarded the plane and it smelled awful. The flight attendants were rude, offhand I would never suggest American Airlines to anybody.
