Default Defective air conditioning on flight 903 from Miami to Ccs

Last Wednesday June 27, not only was the flight delayed (it was supposed to leave at 4:30 and we departed at almost 8 p.m.) but the air conditioning was not working well the whole flight so babies and children were crying, the air was stuffy, people were complaining and in a bad mood and the pilot kept apologizing to no avail.

My husband had taken the same flight on Monday 25th and it also had a delay but it was longer. If you cannot keep with the schedule, why don´t you just simply change it to what it really should be?

I am quite disappointed and will think about changing to Air Canada when I travel from Toronto to Caracas next time and forget completely about AA miles. Too much hassle and bad experiences in connecting flights with AA.
