Baggage Problems Had any problems with your baggage on Continental Airlines? |

Broken Stroller
Continental Airlines broke my very expensive stroller and is refusing to pay for it. I can not even get anyone to speak to me about getting reimbursed by phone or in person. Do NOT fly continental if you plan on taking a stroller. They are very unhelpful and rude!!!!

Same airline same thing happened to us
Same thing happened to us today. They managed to snap the handle bars completely off!!! Not only did they destroy a very expensive stroller but they were beyond rude in explaining this ridiculous policy. I'd advise against flying Continental with kids. Horrible experience.

Mishandled Baggage Research
Dear Dina and Charprest: I am interested in your case. I am developing a Doctoral research on Mishandled baggage (see General Discussion- Mishandled Baggage Research ) Could you please, provide the airline complaint form (minus personal information) you filled with the airline or send me an email to [email protected] and I will send a survey. The survey is very similar to the one you must file with the airline and does not contain personal information.
This is a unique research and the case you are describing makes part of my target population. Thanks before hand |
