Air France do not have a Customer Care Service. You cannot contact them by telephone and you can only wite to them via their website or by post. Then they don't reply. You cannot get a name or telephone number off anyone if you want to speak to someone about your complaint so you are absolutely powerless. They probably do this because they are such a bad airline so have so many comlaints that no matter how many people they employ they would not be able to keep up with the influx! I will NEVER fly with them again. They are a disgrace!

I was talking on this already.The Air France has to reorganize his structure and the management.So if they do not do this then they should be get ready for the over taking of their rivals.

I am a observer and witness of this too that air France has no customer service point at the air port.So let me tell you one thing that although they are managing this but there must be some specifically some counter or service for this.
