My husband flew from Boston to Myrtle Beach. A two hour flight. They lost his luggage upon landing. Almost three weeks later, he still does not have his luggage. A number of phone calls later have produced no results. Of course, we cannot talk to a real person, just a machine. I will not fly this airline again and caution anyone thinking of doing so.

You have to push the buttons so the menu options will connect you to the right person. The airline can't help you unless you are willing to push a few buttons. Once they know you are looking for your bag, they should do everything possible to get it to you. But you have to take the first step and contact the airline.
