This Complaint has been called in to your Customer Service as well as Customer Relations Department. This Complaint was supposed to be escalated to the Higher Management on April 21,2018 and We have yet to speak to anyone.
We have never been so humiliated in our lives. It was not enough that our flight was delayed over five hours then again three hours but during the flight The flight Attendant dumped all of the garbage on my husband and in his lap and the liquor and ice along with remaining drinks in the cups ran down his shirt pants and onto to his very expensive shoes.
we rode home with his clothing wet for an hour and a half .
I have called and called and called and every representative tells us that someone will be calling us back and that has never happened.
