My husband and I were on Flight# AA-0194 from Phoenix to London on June 30th 2022. After landing in London - Heathrow, I left my I-phone in the aircraft in the seat pocket Seat # 24E, upon trying to get back inside the aircraft I was told that I cannot enter the aircraft anymore since the crew has left. I saw the cleaning crew enter and requested again but was refused. I was told to report at the American Airlines counter at Heathrow Airport. There was only one person at this AA window and was very rude to me and said to email my issue to
[email protected].
Subsequently I also contacted American Airlines from my place of stay in London and was advised to submit a Lost and Found form. I was given an Id# 23657265. After waiting a few days I contacted American Airlines again and they told me to resubmit another form , ID 23669111 followed by ID# 24041504. On the day of departure from London Heathrow to Phoenix I went again to the AA counter and they did not have my phone. I also contacted The Terminal 3 Lost and Found counter at Heathrow airport, unfortunately they did not have the I-phone either. All my contacts, medical prescription and financial details are on my i-phone. T-Mobile is the carrier and it is in the Black Lanier Case -
