Default drop not at planned destination

Flight 2260 to Palm Springs diverted to Ontario because of high winds. Upon arrival at Ontario we were informed no services were available to get us to Palm Springs and that we on our own. I contacted Uber and was able to get to Palm Springs for a fee of $107. I think AA should compensate me for this expense.
