Big Mistake(BOS)
My Daughter reverved flight AA197 from Boston (6:00am informed) to JKF on and CZ300 from New York JFK (11:15am) to Guangzhou May 4,2019, but changed to AA1283 without any information or explanation. Unforntunately, AA1283 was delayed to depart at 10:05am and arrived at JKF 10:51am. My daughter was informed that AA1283 will be delayed to 9:58am at first and can not catch up the next flight, so she hope to revise flight CZ300 (departure time 11:15am May 4th) to CZ600 (depature time 1:45am May 5th), but AA staff revised CZ300 business class to CZ600 Economy class without inform us. When my daughter arrived at JFK airport, she found the seat became Economy class and she went to JFK T4 terminal to ask the AA staff, they said they can not change back to business class again, anyway no any explanation and action for the errors due to AA flght cancelled and delayed, and also wrong operation for the flight revision.
