I starting booking a flight for two people using American FF miles in early December 2022.

1. I selected two tickets and began the booking process online for 37,000 miles

2. When I got to the section to submit the second passenger information....that person was not shown.

3. I started over, it now showed 43,000 miles, when I went to enter payment information it said
"something went wrong". I could not go any further so I called customer service. The 43,000
was still on my screen during this process.

4. Customer service took over to complete the booking.....but now the tickets were 50,000 miles.
They said this should not happen....call customer service.

5. I went up through all possible levels at American.....they basically said tough luck. They even
cancelled one leg of my flight on top of it.

Once you select a ticket it should be locked until completion. I accused them of BAIT & SWITCH!!!!
