Refund problem
I have asked for refund on March 3rd and company told me that the money will be paid in 28 working days. At the beginning (In April) when I call the customer service they were telling me that they will pay in 2 days or a week. Today, after 4 months, they are asking me to wait to receive the money but they also dont know when the money will be refunded.
The ticket was for me and my girlfriend. Reference number: VW47DO |

I have the same problem and after more than 6 months nothing has happened and I didn't get the refund.
