A Nightmare To Deal With
I called Turkish Airlines as we wanted to travel with our 2 cats, they advised that we should book the flights first and then call back and book the cats, so I booked our flights and then after calling, was told that there is only room for one of our cats, and that there is nothing they can do, if I ask for a refund then we will only get back £39, if I rebook to another fight, the the charge is £59 plus any extras as the new flight might be more costly.
The problem is that they are saying that we need to change the flight booking first, pay for the flight and then they can check if there is room for our cats, so they quoted me an extra £260 to change flights, but even after paying they cant say if our cats can come with us until after we have paid, TA are a nightmare to deal as you seem to go round in circles with them......not sure what to do next
