Etihad-Rep,
MY name is Michelle, I felt so lost because I really do not know who to contact having writing in so many emails on the issue of double charging of Wifi service on board our flight.

We had boarded a flight EY473 on 02 Feb from SIN to CAIRO and bought the wifi plan on board. we have bought a total of 2 plans respectively with the below purchased number

Purchase reference #WISP42REUPFYJFPVEMUO - 4.95USD plan
Purchase reference #WISP42REW63L6OEYCKTT - 11.95USD plan

However, my paypal had reflected a double charge made to Panasonic aviation for 11.95USD instead!

I have wrote to Etihad main portal at
[email protected] and was attended by someone called Gadija after my return when I received my credit card bill a week later.


She has briefly entertained somewhere in March by saying there was no record on my details for the last 30 days!

hello.. I boarded the flight on 02 Feb and she got back to me in March which was more than a more of course there was no record!! And since then never got back to me despite numerous of follow up email I sent!

I am very lost because even I wrote to Etihad main website and I was diverted back to write in their main feedback [email protected] . After much search, I finally found this complaint website which I hope would savage the company reputation by at least pay attention to customer's concerns!. This is just 11.95USD and you need to take so long to check and worse never got back!!!

This is the very first time I took an Etihad Flight and the experience was a total nightmare !! I was totally disappointed with its customer service as it has never at any point protect customer interest!!

Appreciate someone here can look into my refund as I dun think it will look good on an online portal with so many negative comments with nothing done . Thanks
