US Air has the worst exchange policy charging $150.00 for any kind of change and even if your new destination flight is cheaper they give you no credit toward another flight and no credit toward exchange fee---stinks compared to Southwest policy---would never book US Air again!

What is it with people double posting the last 2 days? Basically, the same complaint by the same poster is in US Air's res complaint section.
As far as the complaint itself, change fees are common among airlines. All airlines change fees stink compared to Southwest, honestly. No need to really single out US Air as they are in line with most all other carriers, IMO. Last edited by The_Judge; Apr 3, 2009 at 9:08 AM. |

Well, I won't use them again. I will stick with Southwest as often as I can
