Default Baggage

My husband and I flew Business Class from Nairobi to Paris to Miami. In spite of a 3 1/2 hour layover in Paris, one piece of luggage didn't make it. We were told it would be delivered the next day. Receiving no call, I called and was told that it would be in the evening flight and would be delivered this morning. Again receiving no call, i called and was told it didnt make the flight and it MIGHT make it on the flight today. Today's flight left Paris hours ago and they can't tell me if my bag is on it. If this is how they treat Business class customers, I can imagine how coach passengers are treated. D yourself a favor and fly another airline.
