A volcanic eruption prevent all flight from and to the island I was in. Due to that force majeur case I was stuck and couldn't move. I contacted the airline by phone (it cost me a lot already) and they told me to process to a refund via their website and take another ticket once weather would be better and this is what I did. Few days later after I did my refund request on the company website I receive an e-mail informing me of a 60 USD cut on each ticket, meaning a total of 120 USD cut on tickets I bought 240 USD. Meaning that in a force majeur case on which I wasn't responsible I get "fined" 50% of my initial ticket price instead of simply having a full refund.
This company pretend being one of the best, member of sky team and blablabla but here is what happen if something goes "wrong"!
