Lack of Customer Service/Racist
I hate American Airlines because there customer service is horrible and they follow rules when they are beneficial for them....I took a flt to Charlotte this past Saturday. Our flt left 23 minutes late and arrived 20 mins early leaving from DFW....I get to the gate at 9:12am for the flt that leaves at 9:25 and I am told the flight is already closed....that is a bunch of b*#?!Łt that I've ever seen..To top it all off, I paid extra for a better seat and was told there was nothing they could do since I missed the flt....Fly Delta!!!!!
P.S. While sitting here waiting for my next flt to dfw, there were 2 african ladies that arrived at a11 with 12 mins prior to flt departure to miami and she told them she would help them in a min becz she needed to get tickets created for other passengers eventhough these ladies were the next in line to be assisted...she waited just enough time until the flt was closed and the plane was departin to tell them the had to wait...mind you they were going to france...There was also an indian man that comes to gate A11 flt 3632 at 10:32am with the flt leaving at 10:40am going to Chicago( mind you this is the same American cx Svs person(short Caucasian red/blonde haired lady) that told me I had to wait until the next flt)...At 10:38am a Caucasian man comes to the counter and states he just got off another plane and he needed to board flt 3632...The screen display stated the boarding was complete and she ran down the ramp with the passenger an allowed him to get on the plane....This is racist!!!!!
