This is Abhisek Das,boarding no- 115 luggage id-AI 156738 0098156738 ,want to convey my dissatisfaction of my travel.I travelled from Kolkata to Hyderabad via Flight No -AI 526 on 19.02.2017.
My baggage was in absolute fine state till the check-in .But at the time of arrival when I took my bag from the tray the handle is damaged and broken.I literally had to drag the bag without the extension handle as it's no longer operational without the handle...I complained it to the Floor staff MR S Sydha Reddy from Air India and was asked to write a mail.
I will look further to see what is the resolution or compensation for the same.
It's really disappointing to see the way you deal with customers. My complaint is still not resolved .
A technician was sent to my place on 2-april 17 (as preferred),but without any ID proof .The technician arrived after several follow up calls from my end. He requested me to allow him to take my bag with him for repairs without even providing a receipt. After raising the concerns regarding the above he then arranged me to speak to his manager. I was asked to wait for the following day so that a repair can be done at my place.
I was even promised callback. Forget about callback the manager doesn't even respond to my calls & the technician refers me to manager . Still awaiting for your response.
Orelse i have to take it further.
