COMPLAINT: Lose ALL your money

I booked a ticket for $1200. I had to cancel 2 months in advance. I got a refund of $30, yes, that's $30! They keep ALL your money and resell the same seat to make twice the profit. Very unethical. The other airlines charge a $200 fee and credit the rest toward future travel. Not Icelandair. Did I mention they keep ALL your money?
You never know if you will have to cancel. You could get travel indurance but thete are many, many exclusions.
Bottom line: Do NOT fly Icelandair. They keep ALL your money!
