Paid for First Class, forced into coach without refund
Title says it all. I recently booked a round trip from Huntsville, Alabama to Boston, Mass and paid a premium for First Class tickets. On the last leg of the return, they forced me into a coach seat even though I paid for first class. I'm a heavyset guy and didn't know if I would fit into a coach seat. They said they gave away my first class seat and there were not more available. When I asked for a partial refund for the leg I was forced into a coach seat, the agent suggested I do something to myself that if physically impossible. After flying American, I thought I'd try Delta for a change. I've learned my lesson and will return to American and make sure all of my fellow travelers know about Delta forcing me out of first class with no refund.

You are at least due some sort of a refund. Contact Delta Airlines on line and explain the curcumstances. They will look after you.. Forget about the flight attendant and anything else extra. That will only divert their attention from the important matter. You paid for first class, got moved to coach and you want a refund for the service that youy paid for and didn't get. If you explain it nicely I know they will also compensate you. So don't be rude or aggressive.
