COMPLAINT: FOURTH and hopefully FINAL complaint about the same ticket

I purchased two international flight tickets online and filed a form for a refund plus flight credit because an IDENTICAL itinerary was $400.00 cheaper (for 2 tickets) on I was told that I would hear back from Delta within 24 hours. That was 168 hours ago. I REALLY doubt that I will see my refund and flight credit. So far, NOTHING that Delta customer service has told me (in several conversations) about my ticket purchases has been true.
