SIA's Ticketing Office in Jakarta lied (sold out of business saver) over the phone and tried to sell me a full business class fare a few days ago while SIA's web site itself showing Business Saver was widely available.

Difference in the 2 fares is almost 50% and glad I have screensaver as proof.

"A Rotten Way to fly" not as its slogan "Great Way to Fly".

Potential passengers of SIA beware if the above is an one-off or widespread situation.
