Not able to retrieve my lost wallet, constantly ignored by found property office
I have lost my wallet on the flight and they found it but are failing to hand it to me. I keep sending emails to lost and found and customer support but after their initial response, there is no response of any kind and I need my wallet with my bank card and my drivers license this is unacceptably rude that they're ignoring my emails for almost a month
