I purchased 2 airline tickets for 2 round trips (one was for like a business and the other one is basic economy class). Air Premia cancelled one of the cheaper ticket without my knowledge I found out Air Premia cancelled the cheaper ticket at the airport, and was forced to purchase one-way ticket, assuring me that it would be refunded. Yes, it was refunded. But, on the return date, same thing happened. I was forced to purchase a return ticket again at the airport. This time, Air Premia refused to refund $572.30, the payment for a return trip. I called Air Premia so many times, but no answer. I emailed Air Premia so many times, but their answer was it will not be refunded without any explanation. In conclusion, I paid for 2 round trip tickets and $572.30 for 2 round trips. I asked Air Premia for the reason for its refusal to refund the additional payment of $572.30, but no response whatsoever. I already filed a complaint with the DOT, and will file a suit against Air Premia in a small claims court. Stay away from this fraudulent airline company.
