called today TK customer service as i received an sms asking me to call them back.
spoke to an agent who had a very bad attitude, tone and spoke to me in a loud voice at times. this was insulting.
when asked for his supervisor, he said he has no supervisor.
when asked for his surname, he said he has no surname
he just said he is working supplementary hours and he is working too much.
this is how a good airline is becoming a horrible one, simply because they cannot pull off the customer service
