Midwest airlines = rude and dishonest service rep
this is as an addon to the seat novel as seen earlier. Someone(I assume the mgr who called me useless) did change the seats for us after I complained, however we now have the worst seats in the plane both coming and going...... No she was not useless, just dishonest and then spending company time to put me in my place......, boy, can I live w seats when I 've proved staff can override the computer and are just too lazy to help, easier just to hide behind the computer...... Service mgr, don't think so, maybe should look for work in accounting or research where no peopleskills are needed during most time Mary A-6, great job representing Midwest Airlines, hope you get some monthly award for this
