COMPLAINT: Srilankan Airlines (Worst Service)

My family had a shocking/nightmarish/terrible experience while travelling on Srilankan airlines and I would like to warn the others not to use this airlines for your travel.

My family was travelling from Jeddah to Hyderabad via Colombo (Flight # UL282) in Business class on the 15th June 2019 and their Jeddah to Colombo flight was the worst experience of their life .. the seats in the business class did not budge and when it was brought to the notice of the crew/air hostess, they were told to make a online complaint as the aircraft was a leased one, why does the passengers have to suffer due to this??? Till today my family have stiff back and were in extreme pain for 2 days.

I demand an explanation and a refund on my tickets.
