Norwegian cancelled our return flight after a 5 hour delay at CDG. They did not refund 1/2 of our RT trip. They did not refund taxi expenses we incurred. They have been difficult and non-reponsive. The Norwegian site DOES NOT work. Wait times or customer service is more then an hour.
