I have a complaint lodged with KLM (not going to go into the details here), which was submitted 3 weeks ago.
I have been phoning them, and sending them tweets on Twitter in order to get some feedback as to the complaint, and each time they just tell me "We are working on it, we will get back to you as soon as possible", and then I never hear anything back.
Does anyone have contact details for the ombudsman who can look into this for me?
