Default Some suggestions

First, can the admins keep an eye on what posts are going where? Not that it would be that hard to read all new posts, since there aren't that many, but it doesn't even have to be that in depth. Lately there have been postings under the wrong airline.

Secondly, can there be a rule that if you are posting a complaint that it must include details of what went wrong? There is a posting on Southwest, titled something about no suggestion box. The first post had absolutely no details as to what went wrong. Instead it was just a complete bash fest on Southwest, and most the statements were wrong anyway. It's understandable that there will be some venting, but when all there is is venting, and no actual situation listed, then all that's left is that person's opinion.

Lastly, can there be section for general airline discussion? Take the post from Freedom Seeker. it's posted under suggestions which doesn't really fit the section, but at the same time, where else should they post it?

Our users and the community can help us with this by reporting those Posts so that we can move them to the appropriate location. Posts can be reported to us by simply clicking on the icon above any post.

We can certainly improve our guidelines for how people should use this site, and we'll be adding your point.

Great idea, we'll put it up ASAP.

Thanks again.

We've added the General Discussion sub-forum here.
