Default Fraudulent Ticket Sales

Yep, Air France sells flights online which make it impossible to catch the connecting flight. Yet, after contacting customer services... (a A. O'Malley), they deny such actions and say that they meet the 45 minute connection regulation times. What a joke. I had 15 minutes to get off the flight, go through passport control, then security, go to a different terminal and to board the connecting flight at CDG airport in Paris. It's a physical impossibility. But they blame the airport... knowing fine well that this happens all the time.
A O'Malley closed out my case when I asked for the Director in charge of Customer Services at Air France. Very, very poor customer service. I will never fly with this airline again.

45 minute connection times?! HA!! i had a flight from LEJ to paris to chicago with a 30 minute connection time in paris! the only way we actually made the flight is when an agent helped us and escorted us to security and after going through it we ran to the gate. its impossible if your on your own..especially 15 minutes in paris

Yes, I agree... and I see you are an airline employee. So, you really do know how it all works and operates. It's disgusting, 30 minutes is just not enough time. Can take 15 minutes to get off the plane never mind do anything else. All I can say is that I am glad you did make your connecting flight. You were one of the lucky ones... yet, I know how much stress and hassle you must have experienced on that day... wondering, if you were going to make it.
